The contents can be eaten cold, but by heating it you bring out the best flavours. (Heat where possible in our opinion)
Heating Options:
(Recommended) The safest and easiest option is to remove the outer packaging and place the foil pouch (still sealed) into boilding water. You can use any pot or mess tin to boil the water, you don’t have to worry about the pan or water being clean either.
Empty contents into one of our mess tins & heat on a wood or gas heat source.
If you’re able to access a microwave, you can heat them in a suitable container for 2 minutes too.

Store in a cool, dry place and consume once opened.
