Ingredients: Rice Stick Noodle: Rice 87%, Water 10%, Tapioca Flour 3%/ Tom Yum Paste: Sugar 30%, Tamarind (Tamarind, Water) 25%, Water, Palm Oil, Salt, Lemongrass, Shallot, Dried Red Chilli, Garlic, Galangal, Kaffir Leaves, Vinegar (Water, Acetic Acid), Modified Starch (Tapica Starch, SO2 Reducing Agent), Hydrolyzed Soy Protein (contains soy), Shrimp Oil (Shrimp Extract, Palm Oil), Paprika Oil (Paprika Extract, Palm Oil) Halal Serves 1 150g Cooking instructions: Boil all Auntie G’s Pad Thai Noodle for 4- 5 mins, drain and set aside. Meanwhile, preheat 1 tbsp. of oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add 100g of prawns, add whisk one egg until cooked. Add all Auntie G’s Pad Thai Sauce and noodle, toss and cook for 1 min, enjoy!
